Hey guys, my weakest part of the bench is the initial push from my chest when I'm going near max with a pause. Does that signify chest shoulder tri or lat weakness? I used to know but I'm not 100% sure anymore and just need a quick answer so I know what kinda of assistance work to focus on for it.

If it helps its probabaly the first 1/3- 1/2 of the press, once I get it halfway up I lock out with no problem. Any help is appreciated thanks a lot.
