well i posted here about 6 months ago, about ligament damage and what not in my lower back, well finally the pain has gone and i'm coming back to my squats and deads. well i've slowly gotten back to squatting, every week i'm adding 10pounds on, at 185 now, hope to be at 315 again

the problem though is the deads.

i can do 95 pounds pain free. but as soon as i reach 115, HELLO PAIN, i wonder if its the ligaments, surrounding muscles, tendons and sinews getting used to the force again, and that deads may take longer than squats. the thing is i can do the negative portion of deads at about 225 easily. (to take the weight of the rack and put it down) but there'll be no positive movement.

anyone gone through this, or have any type of advice.

and also, rack pulls have the same deal
