Hi,

I also posted this in the workout section but wanted to know the opnion of people more specific to what I'm doing, and that is trying to get stronger for powerlifting.

I've started a new split which goes like this

Sunday: Workout one

Squat 5 x 5
Bench 5 x 5
Dips 3 x 8

Monday: Workout two

Pull up's 3 x 5
Deadlift 5x5
Good morning 2x8
Overhead press 5x5

Tuesday: Workout one

Wednesday: Workout three

Weighted crunch's
Hanging leg raises

Thursday: Workout one

Friday: Workout two

I've just done a week off it and feel good if a little tired, Does anyone have any comments on how to improve it, I'm trying to Squat at least three time's a week through.
