Hi, im new to the forums. So ive been working on this program in the back of my mind for a while, and i would like some advice on how to make it better.

Okay, here are my stats

Age- 16
Weight- 200
Bench-160
Squat-275
Deadlift-325

Here it is
the excersizes are on the same day for each week

Monday- Bench, Powerclean, and Skullcrushers
Wednsday- Deadlift, Rows, and Shrugs
Friday-Squat, Hang Snatch, Front Squat

Week One-5x5
Week Two- 3x3
Week Three- 4x3
Week Four- 4-4-2
Week Five- 2x2, 2x1
Week Six-Max

My diet will consist of 3500-4000 cals per day.
Good? Bad? Somwhere inbetween?
