Hey guys got something i have to sort out. When i squat i can either squat with my knees not moving forward very much at all so that my knees stay behind my toes but i end up with quite abit of hip flexion so i have to good morning the weight up alot more. Or i can squat so my knees move forward abit (they dont go over my toes but are close to it) however my back is much more upright. I feel stronger with my back more upright however im not worried about where i feel strongest at this point, i just want to know what would be better for my body.

Secondly with pull throughs ive only seen one picture showing them how to be done (http://asp.elitefts.com/qa/default.a...=33909&tid=104) shows dave round his back at the bottom, ive always kept an arch in mine when i did it and in my opinion it feels better on ur spine, is there any reason or huge gain difference in rounding your back at the bottom like this?
