This is my first post on this board so I thought I would tell you alittle about myself. I am 16 years old and am about 5-5 and usually weight between 195 and 199 pounds with 10% of that being body fat. My best lifts are currently:

Squat: 340
Bench Press: 265
Deadlift: 475

As of right now I compete in powerlifting tournaments and recently took 5th place at the State Tournament in the JV 194 pound weight class. Next year I am lifting on the Varsity level so I am training very hard to place in the top 5 or better next year in the Varsity 207 pound weight class.

Here is Sunday's Workout (July 23, 2006):

Exercise: Bench Press
Set 1: 135x5
Set 2: 185x5
Set 3: 235x1
Set 4: 255x1
Set 5: 265x1 (New PR)

Exercise: Incline Bench Press
Set 1: 165x10

Exercise: Tricep Extensions
Set 1: 70x10
Set 2: 40x20

Exercise: Shoulder Laterals
Set 1: 20x10
Set 2: 10x30

Exercise: Deadlift
Set 1: 315x10

Exercise: Squats
Set 1: 225x10

Workout Notes: I was really pumped to go for a new personal record of 265 on the bench press, it was a very tough lift but powered it up. After todays workout I was pretty sore and tired but will be ready for my deadlift workout on Tuesday (July 25, 2006). I will post the results of my deadlift workout on Tuesday afternoon.
