Hi, folks. I'm 5'7, 170 lbs, and my current 5 rep max (for 3 sets) are:

benchpress 80 lbs
squat 100 lbs
deadlift 130 lbs (1 set only)

What would be realistic expectations after one year?

And how does the rate of improvement change over a period of time?

You should be able to more than double all your lifts in that time.
