i squat mondays (parallel) and fridays (A2G). for the parallel the reps are 3-5, so the weight is much heavier, 85%+ of my max. because of this i wear a belt. without the belt its much more difficult. i know its "ok" to wear a belt with higher %'s, but im only squatting just over 200lbs for 4 sets of 5. its not heavy for most of you but its difficult for me. should i still wear a belt, or lower the weight and do it qithout a belt until i can do like, 300lbs or more?

I'd say it's okay, because you're getting in core work when you do a2g...

Its okay to wear a belt, but make sure you are doing core work also.

isnt the reason for the belt to support the spine and watnot, u still ...
