How many times do you train your dead a week? i've heard train it only once per week days and i've heard to train it twice a week. im wondering which way you guys found to be the best. I'm assuming that most people train squat 1 to 2 times a week. i can't train squat so all i got is My dead and bench thats y i figure i can train dead 2x a week with no problem.
