I train both but only compete in powerlifting. As it is now I do one day of Powerlifting(Wends) one day of strongman(sat.) and then a day of light cardio stuff usually monday. I work outside all day manual labor and my trainers don't want me to run at all because it will break down soft tissue i need for a big squat. But I got into all this through losing weight and dont want to lose sight of it. Ive lost over 40 lbs already but that was working out 5-6 times a week, now being limited to 3 days a week I dont know what to do, any suggestions?(at 197 looking to compete in 181)
