atm i can bench 100kg
squat 185kg
Deadlift 160

By the way i no my signature says differnt but i havent updated my pbs, so i assure you im not giving e-stats, anyway what is a reasonable goal for a beginner powerbuilder

Ive heard to be able to bench 1.5 times you body weight is a good starting base for benh
