Everytime I can't lift the weight when bench pressing, it's when I can't get it 2-3 inches off my chest. Everytime I can get it about 2-3 inches off my chest, I can lock out. What are some lifts I can do to fix this problem. I'm guessing I need to work my pecs more, but are there any excercises in particular I should be doing?
