I just received my COC #1 and #2 in the mail today, however i basically have no idea what exercises i should be doing to improve my grip strength apart from normal reps with the #1 and negatives with #2.Could someone provide me with a link to some sites with good training info (i only have the COC and a barbell/dumbells, no other grip equipment) or post your own opinions and advice on grip training.
Any help is appricated, thanks.
