Alright,

So I started football training yetserday........and it goes from 2:00-4:15. We start with the weight room, folowed by stretches(sp?) and then folowed by sprints. After that we do drills and crap.

Anyways....Since we work out at the school....would it be better for me to train at the school with everbody else? Or should I train....before/after I go to football.

I'm asking this becuase if I train hard in the weight room.......and then do everything else......that'll be atleast 90 minutes with no nutrition...
