Basically I changed my form , but now my knees seem to be coming forward a lot. Either way, I feel it in my legs and not my low back now (except for the 350x3, where my form was basically how it used to be....kinda
I know it is bad but it is better than my old form
And also, yeah I figit around too much inbetween reps too much. It's really wierd though, like, I can't just keep my hands somewhere on the bar. Like every rep I put them further and further out
