I've just finished my soccer season and throughout the summer and next year I'm hoping to dramatically improve my squat and deadlift, among other things. I've got quite a bit of background on olympic lifting and I've incorperated cleans into my routines.

Unfourtunately, I've had some problems with developing a routine for myself and I'm constantly running into the problem where I don't have enough weight at home to make signifigant progress, and I have no access to a local gym. Once I head to university next year I will have gym access, but I'm looking for some exercises to do this summer that may help me out.

Just to give you some numbers, I'm about 5'7, 130 lbs. I bench about 130, back squat around 140, front squat around 120, and I can power clean about 140 (doesn't make any sense to me that I clean more than I front squat). I've never maxed out my deadlift. The problem is, I only have 120 lbs in total (barbell included) of weight at home, and the flimsy barbell I have is only supposed to hold 100 lbs so I can't buy more weights, and I'm not really looking to spend a ton of money on another barbell.

So are there any supplementary exercises I look into that require less weight and will help me improve my squats and deadlifts.
