Hi this is my first post,

I just finished reading Super Squats and i will be starting the 20 rep squats soon. but it seems the routine is awfully demanding. Squating 3 times a week adding 5lbs every workout for 6 weeks seems that you could overtrain very easily. Although the book says you can increase your squat quite a bit. If i followed the routine 3x a week would i gain 90lbs on squat?

If anyone has tried them comments would be very helpful.
