I am in sort of a dillema. Between bench, rows, OH press, and power shrugs(question: Is it ok to do power shrugs the day before a heavy squat day, or are they too taxing on the legs/hips/ etc. ?) on upper days, and stuff like cleans, deads, and having heavy weight sitting on your back, am I going to burn out my upper back?
