hello everybody

here are my pictures, with my stubborn fat, i know i dont have much but i really want to cut it. what should i do? i have dieted various times but i doesnt go away. i have used low carb diet, low calories diet, i have taken xenadrine nrg. i have noticed some effects with carnitine but they didnt make me lose my fat.

i am going to buy lipo-6, capzacin hp and lipoderm ultra in october, what do you think about it? could clenbuterol help me? i have read a lot about it and didnt find it very good for losing fat cause of oits side effects.

if you think i should begin dieting once again tell me please what diet i should follow and what is the "clean diet" that many people mention here, i eat a lot of veggies, fruits, fish and meal with a lot of fiber, I almost dont eat pasta, potatoes and I never eat rice. I eat one croissant every morning and sometimes i cant resist when my body asks for chocolate and cakes....

if you are going to tell me do cardio, i run or 30 mintures 3 times a week, have you got another cardio workouut to recommend me?

do you think it is possible to get NO fat on my abs? do you know anybody who did it?

and wuld you pleasee tell me what is my BF?
