Posted at June 29, 2014, 11:21 am: Ok, this is the first thread i've made here. Ive been reading these forums for awhile and posting in the misc section every now and then. Im 6'1 or 2ish and ive been working out for about a year, a little less if you don't count the newb 2-3 months last summer. When i started i was around 135 (june 05) same height, i got to 170 at the begining of may 06. i came home for the summer, (i go to quinnipiac university) and started riding my bike cause im a pretty active person and i enjoy it. i lost about 7lbs in a little over a week, and stopped riding. The rest of the summer has gone down hill from there. My diet wasn't that great at school but i ate a lot. i'm eating even more now that im home, around 4000 calories a day but can't gain a pound. i eat 5 meals aday 3 hours apart. except for when im at work from 5pm to 10pm. which brings me to my problem, i work at fedex ground and the work is extremely demanding, i sweat my ass off and drink about a gallon of water when im there. My fear is i can lose weight thinking about running, my metabolism is somthing that should be study, it is rediculous. and i can't help but think i simply can't gain weight when im working there, im burning to many calories and can't afford to eat 5000 cals a day nor do i think i could stomach that much. my parents are already complaining i eat to much food, i started buying my own milk every other day. What do you guys think? im extremly mad im gonna get out of the summer going back to school less then what i weighed when i left.
