i just took these pics on the camera on my comp. Ill be getting some previous shots, from about 3-4 months ago when i was 175 up soon. I used to never work out my back (yeah i know that was stupid, all i cared about was chest and arms untill about 6 months ago when i got serious) so im trying to get my back as strong as the rest of my bod
