Well here are two pics of me, the oldrelaxed pic is the before and the relaxed pic is the new one. I've been working out in the basement for last 11 months, but this starting new month I got a membership and have changed my schedule, I'm going to be following it (posted below). What do you think improved, didnt improved, please critique!



SUN - OFF
MON - Chest/Shoulders/Traps
TUES - Arms/Back/Legs
WED - OFF
THURS - Chest/Shoulders/Traps
FRI - Arms/Back/Legs
SAT - OFF

MON/THURS (Add isolation if needed)
Bench Press 5x5
Incline Bench Press 5x5
Chest Dips - 4x8
Military Press - 5x5
DB Lateral Raises - 4x8
BB Shrug - 4x8

TUES/FRI (Add isolation if needed)
Squats - 5x5
Deadlifts - 5x5
BB Rows - 5x5
Chin Ups - 4x8
Power BB Curls - 4x6
Dips - 4x8
