Rugby camp starts August 21st, in exactly 3 weeks...

I haven't done conditoning all summer long because I'm a lazy ass, all I was doing was lifting. So basically, I need the help from an expirienced rugby player.

Can I get into any respectable state of conditioning in the three weeks left of summer? How many sessions per week should I do, and what type of work?

I'm guessing something along 2 sprint/high intensity days and 1-2 days of longer distance, steady pace running along with my 3 day a week lifting.

I played last year, but I'm not really big on the conditioning part despite the fact I was one of the best in shape on my U-19 team, but this is college rugby, probably going to be much more fast paced.
