i just startd a new job this week in housing removals which involves a lot of heavy manual labour. do u think this may be the reason y i have noticed my muscles getting smaller? its reall y getting me down as im investing a lot of time, money and ****ing hard work into getting big and i dnt seem to be getting there.wot do u suggest? im eating at least 5 meals a day and i make sure i get at least 150 grams of protein a day and eat carbs a lot.

oh yeah heres info on wot i do. i recently cut down from 16 sets shoulders to 10-12 sets as i was told by sum1 on here it was overtraining. i read mohamed mustafa's article in flex which said to cycle 3 weeks flat bench bar, flat dumb, flat flyes, then 3 weeks incline bar incline dumbs incline flyes then 3 weeks decline bar, decline dumb then decline flyes. with 10 sets for chest. 10 sets for bis, 10 sets for tris. i eat a lot, i take tribulus, no xplode. wot the **** do i do. its pissing me off.

SUNDAY IS CHEST, MONDAY BACK, TUES OFF, WED LEGS, THURS SHOULDERS, FRI ARMS, SAT OFF.

i dont know y im not gaining, my bro has been training for 10 years, he does wot most people would say is extreme overt training, spending sumtimes 2 hours in the gym. he doesnt change his excercises hardly at all and hes pretty big, has never taken any supplements, doesnt eat a lot or watch his protein or carb intake. whereas i constantly vary my workouts, eat a lot of protein and carbs and dont overtrain. its so frustrating, i feel like i hav a kids body still and i work so hard. HELPPPPPPPPPPP

The whole eating more meals during the day is supposed to speed up you...

added fat does not transform into muscle through training.
