hi,

I just started weight lifting with my wrestling coach for the next season and I need some advice. I didn't know if this was the right place to put this thread but I thought why not? I weigh 134 pounds and I am looking to put a lot of muscle on my body. Any advice on diets, lifting, supplements will be helpful.
