I'm looking for a good cheap MRB. I found the metrx ones for cheap about $2 a bar and wanted to know if they are good meal replacements. I read around and the thing that people say are the downside are the high sugar content or high sat. fat. content. What's your opinion, are there better bars. I'm on a bulk right now, yea I know any food is good, just tryin a cleaner bulk tryin to gettin in around 3000 cals. If it's good when is best to take?...as a mrb, post or pre workout. Thanks.
