I am 5'5" and only 140lbs.
I added it all up today to find that I only eat about 2000cals a day.
26.5g fat, 103g carbs, 176g protein.

Since I weigh so little will 2000cals be enough for me or should I attempt to shove more food down my throat? I cant imagine how much some of you must eat to get 3000-4000cals.

If you want to safely gain mass you can up your total to around 2800-3...

hmmm just go up slowly in your cals til you start gaining im 60 pounds...
