Hey everyone!
Apart from an injury that stopped me from Bodybuilding for a while, I've been going strong, and I've noticed quite major improvements. The only improvement I haven't seen is gaining weight. I need to gain a lot, and I really mean a lot. I can't post any Photos, but I'll give you enough information so perhaps you could help me!
I'm a young-ish Teenager (I don't want to give an exact age, but older then 12, younger then 16), and I'm not sure if it's weight I need to gain. I weigh 7.9 Stone, (110.6 Pounds). I'm not sure how good that is for someone my age, but even if it's OK, I don't think that's the problem. My problem is that I still look, and I still am, extremely skinny! While my muscles themselves are growing, I'm not putting on any weight. I notice that if I don't eat the same or more amount of food every day, I lose weight immediatly.
I eat four large meals, including Rice, Pasta, Meat ect..., and I eat various things in-between like Wholemeal Bread and Peanut Butter, one Chocolate Bar ect... but I just can't gain any weight. I look skinny, I don't weigh that much, and as a result I think my weight lifting, (Particularily my Arms), suffer.
Is there anything I can do? Can you suggest some, (Easily available is possible!), food that I can eat? Is there something I am missing?
Any help is greatly appreciated! I really want to improve, but I can't and won't until I know how to gain more weight!
