Hey and thanks in advance for reading and responding. A lot of us have busy schedules that make eating well difficult. How do you guys eat right when you can’t get home?

I am thinking of keeping a cooler in the trunk of my car to allow me to eat on the go. Right now my schedule is going to prohibit me from eating at home except for dinner; so the cooler will have the following:

Protein powder (along w/ my shaker bottle)
Half/gallon of milk
My breakfast and lunch in separate Tupperware containers (probably chicken and broccoli for both meals - I can tolerate the taste when it's cold)
Water in my Nalgene bottle.
A bunch of zone/balance bars for my mid-meal snacks

Along with that I will probably carry some forks and a gallon of water outside of the cooler.

I am curious if anyone else is doing something similar to this or if you guys just try and eat what’s best at fast-food chains? Any suggestions are appreciated.
