I am currently bulking at the moment but what do you guys do when it comes to weekends, holidays etc...

A lot of my friends live all over the country so most weekends we travel and all meet up and party. For example this weekend we are going to a few games and will spend most of Sat and Sun out in the pubs drinking.

Sat and Sun are my rest days from training so i dont miss that but obviously i cant maintain my diet while im out. I can't eat properly while im travelling and i obviously cant take my creatine or protein shakes while im out and i regularly miss breakfast and/or lunch and just have a quick dinner.

Sometimes after a big night out im just a bit sick and cant stomach a big breakfast and-or lunch.

I cant just give up going out with my friends and i dont want to, i enjoy having a life outside of the gym, but i was just wondering how much is it holding me back to go out maybe 3 out of every 4 weekends where my diet really suffers. (Although i drink a LOAD of beer and there is loads of calories etc.. in that :-)

So basically, bulking 5/6 days a week and not eating properly on Sat and/or Sun, although i consume lots of calories through beer, is this going to nullify all my hard work during the week or is not really that bad ?

Anyone else do this ?

Enjoying yourself doesn't mean you have to ignore your diet every week...
