Have any of you guys even wonder how a cheat meal or day can hinder or not hinder your gains?


For example, what i don't get is if you diet for 6 days and each of the 6 days you eat 500 calories then what you burn everyday- in a week that would equal 3000 calories of fat loss which is close to a pound.


but to say if you allow yourself to have a cheat meal/day every 7 days once per week in which total calories exceeds 2000 calories then what you burn in the day, then doesn't it mean that 6 day of dieting equals to ONLY 1500 calories of fat-loss in the total week after cheating with one meal or whole day of cheating?
