If some bodybuilder eats 6 meals a day, eats the meals every 3 hours, then he would only have 6 hours available for sleep. Do they eat every 2.5 hours to get 6 meals in then have 9 hours available for sleep?

i dont know about meals but i eat 6 times a day.

well if you wake up at say 6am and eat, then you'll eat again at ~830-...
