last year around this time i was 230lbs and that was when i started to hit the weights and eat clean. a year later im at 175lbs and have been for about 6-7 months but i want to put some size on now but cant seem to. so i need yall's help on bulking properly. i work out 5 days a week and go heavy. recently people have told me i look bigger but i just dont seem to see it. i have got stronger also. PLEASE HELP thanks in advance
