Hi all,

I'm trying to do a cutting phase and need some advice from the diet experts in here. I weigh between 192 and 197 depending on water retention. I want to cut fat and gain muscle on this cutting phase. Are these nutrition numbers good?

Per day average:
2235 calories
221g protein
242g carbs
22.5g fat

Will I lose fat/weight on these numbers at this bodyweight?

My routine now is to focus on single body areas like tri's & chest on one day, bi's and back on another and legs on another and shoulders and abs on another. Maybe 2 cardio sessions a week at about 20-30 minutes. There are 3 rest days per week on my routine.
