Posted at December 27, 2014, 9:35 pm: Ive been reading and looking around for so long my eyes are going to fall out of my effing head. right now im 19, im about 210 and have no idea how much % am , im 6' 2" and all i give a shit about is gaining muscle vasularity, i dont care how strong i am, and dont care about having a six pack, all i care is that my muscles are super sized. make any sence? righ now i do two diffrent workouts, its like an A and a B day. and it goes sun-sat. with sunday off every other day is ababab. on A day i do about 10-15 reps each of dumbell press, and about 8-15 reps of cable crosses for my chest, and i do streight leg deds about 6-10 reps... all of these to failure and about 3 or 4 or maybe 5 sets each depending on how i feel. and on B day i do dumbell military presses sitting down, about 10 reps for about 4 or 5 sets to failure of coarse. then i do leg extentions, about 15-20 reps for like 4 or 5 sets, an ez bar curls 10-15 reps for 4 or 5 sets, then if i feel like it ill do some laying tricept extentions with an ez bar for about teh same as the curls. all of these exersizes are till failure and i spend maybe 40 mins max in the gym when im in there working out. my diet needs serious work. im stuck between adding just a few cals over my daily needs to grow or mass cals to just pack on muscle and once my muscles get big enough they will burn off the fat i have from getting bigger (if that makes any sence) i try to take in 1.5 g pro or more for every pound every day. i have no idea where my cals should be. or if i keep them to a lower amount if i will still grow because of all the roumors? i dont take any drugs or creatine all i do is whey and i eat lots of protein. currently i know im consuming way more cals than i need this should work no? i guess im just so eager to see massive muscles just apear on my body i need to just stop worrying, eat like a horse, keep working out and the day will come. the whole "rome wasent built in a day" thery lol... can someone give me somekind of advice? please i need major help. thanks in advace for any posts/pms and thanks for takeing the time to read. -Jake Original of the message was taken from http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ Replies:tttShow us a typical day in your diet. well lately ive been slipping, but it would look like this at a strick... forgot to add, lots of diet shit, like colas and teas and i know i sho...
