Hi everyone, I am on a new diet and I just wanted to know what you all think? I am trying to do the high protein/low carb diet while I am lifting once per day and cardio twice. I finished off 2 weeks of very low carbs and only having skinless chicken breasts as my only meat. Now I have more carbs such as oatmeal, whole wheat bread and potatos. I also have the option of beef or fish. my diet looks like this:

meal 1 - 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 whole wheat slices
meal 2 - protein bar
meal 3 - meat, potato
meal 4 - protein bar
meal 5 - meat, 1/2 cup brown rice or potato
meal 6 - meat, fish oil

Do you think the carbs are too high? I started a couple weeks ago at 325lbs, im down to around 308-310. I am doing a bodybuilding type workout and going decently heavy.
