so i am 165 17 yrs old. i wanna get under 10 % bodyfat, i have no idea what bodyfat i am, but i have no visible abs. so i multiplied my weight by 15 to get my maintenice caloric intake. Its 2475. I then subtracted 500 calories to loose 1-2 pounds a week. SO im going to try to roughly consume 1975 Calries. im gonna get 180 grams of protein per day. so thats 720 Calories from Protein. That leaves 1225 Calories to be split between Fats and Carbs. How should i divide the remaining calories ?? I dont kno the proper ratios.
Some more questions: 1)for Post workout, does it matter if I consume liquid nutrition, or is it ok to just get a good meal in after?
2.) are my calorie calculations correct?
3.) Im jus able to diet for 3 weeks, can i expect to seee results with this type of diet? or should i try some other extreme dieting?
4.) should i consume BCAA's and purple k creatine to preserve as much muscle mass as possible?
5) I have animal pack bcaas and they say to consume two packa daily one before the workout, and one after the workout. anybody who use these know if this is the best possible Dosage.
