I want to cut to lose fat, I'm around 14% 176lbs and I want to reach 8%.
This is a diet I've came up with:

07AM: 50g oats, 200ml skimmed milk, 4 egg whites
10AM: Protien Shake w\ skimmed milk
02PM: 2 medium sardines, 200g cottage cheese, vegetables
05PM: Smoked Turkey sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, fat-free mayo. Fruit
06PM: Workout
07PM: Whey Protein w\ water
09PM: Grilled Chicken Breast, 75g rice, a plate of cooked broccolies.
12AM: Protein shake w\ milk, handful of spanish olives (salt-less, oil-less).

As for cardio:
Daily 40 minutes stationary bike
Jogging 3 times a week
Jump Rope 3 minutes per day 3 times a week
Swimming 1 hour once a week
Walking 30 minutes daily
