Okay, first I work out about 6 days a week, doing cario all 6 days (rotating from level 6 to level 7 on the eliptical) and on each of those days I either do weights on my legs, or weights with my arms, abdominals and arms. I have a cheat day on friday, but I eat clean during the week by planning each day before hand.
Example (This is gonna be my meal on monday):
B- 2 eggs
1 tbsp flax seed
2 pieces microwave bacon
L- 3oz spinach
2tbsp SouthBeach diet italian
1 tbsp flaxseed
Post work out meal: low carb slimfast
D- chicken
Southbeach diet ranch dressing (2 tbsp)
3oz romaine
This all totals to about 930 calories. I keep my caloric intake to bieng between 900(no less) and 1000 calories so i can enjoy (or at least try to) my cheat day. Which i think this kinda diet can help in maintaining my weight.
Any tweaking needed?
