OK here is the deal, I have some blood lab results from 11/16/05 when I was eating stuff that was killing me, here is what it said

Cholesterol 279
HDL 40
LDL 154
Chol/HDL ratio 7.0
Triglycerides 423
Glucose 117
HgA1C 6.1

Had blood drawn today, results online already

Cholesterol 151
HDL 38
LDL 98
CHOL/HDL ratio 4.0
Triglycerides 76
Glucose 93

The change in those numbers is from a 180 degree change in eating habits, from pizza and fast food, to chicken, vegtables, tuna,oatmeal, all the bodybuilder foods and eating conventions...all of that in 7 weeks, I cannot imagine the labs changed much between 11/16/05 and 7 weeks ago when I started eating right because between 11/16/05 and then I ate the same crap.

I am totally totally amazed....stunned and gratefull.......:-)

Eating roughly 1800 calories a day now.........bought some size 42 pants today, 40's will fit, a long long way from the "relaxed fit" 48 I wore 7 weeks ago.
