In the pumping iron DVD 25th anniversary edition, I saw Arnold being treated by an acupuncturist in one of the out-takes... Does acupuncture treatment help in recovery during intense training? I'm just curious, b/c I've never had acupuncture therapy before but am open to the idea of it if it does indeed help...
