I have used pro tan before and it works fine... I was recommended Dream Tan recently.., In fact, I am very inclined to use Dream Tan and I probably will this upcoming show for 1 big fat freaking reason... The eventual winner of the show I did earlier this year, applied dream tan... He applied several coats of pro tan then dream tan... I screwed up not in my physique... I actually nailed the nutrition and training almost perfect... However, 2 little things hurt me significantly... Posing and Tan Presentation... I was too light on stage...

How do you all use dream tan and have it work effectively? When should you apply it and should you pump up after or before? I see that Dream tan is typically the finishing touch before hitting the stage... I have another question... I was told that there is a dream tan spray for tanning... I heard it is better than pro tan... IS this true and does it matter? Do many of you use pro tan and then finish up with dream tan?
