Regarding protan-- do you guys paint your entire body with the stuff? Or do you not cover things like your face, feet, hands, and ears?

Regarding hot stuff-- I've read that it is recommended to try it out ahead of time on different body parts, since it may have different effects on different people. How early is early? I can't imagine the effects of the stuff lasting more than a few hours, correct? So will trying it out a few days before the competition (say, 4 or 5) be alright?

Regarding depleation workouts-- I've read Layne's article start to finish, and then some, and understand training in the 15-25 rep range, staying away from failure, keeping rest short etc. But how will I know when enough is enough? Is there a certain number of sets you guys try to accomplish? Do you go by how you feel and once you feel like hell you call it a day? Or do you just go for an hour or so and call it quits after that?
