This diet, shall i say cut is getting harder and harder i lack motivation and i lack hunger.. i can't keep a straight diet for over 5 days and when i do, i binge excessively!
Somewhat reminds me of back in the old 280lbs days, days which are haunting me at todays 195 (thereabouts) I seriously lack everything i had before, i feel that im going back to my old days.. i used to question and look at people in disbelief when they say "i put all my weight back on" i told myself then that it would never happen to me, but now im coming to terms with this shit and see that it is possible and likely for me unless i don't take some serious action...
It's the worst feeling when you don't believe in yourself and you feel down on yourself, you punish yourself ... I live for my diet when i ain't dieting right i feel like life ain't worth it... im not getting to the point where im questioning my existence but this shit is getting me down and id much rather stay in upper turns then feeling low..
This will be my last attempt at this cut, i have said this before but im saying it for the last time! if i fail i ain't returning i am prepared to beat myself to a pulp in the gym, im prepared to calapse during intense cardio and im prepared puke during meals, however i am not prepared to be taken advantage by thoughts, mind or feelings as these 3 things are not existent there not even matter! They are speculations which one has when he is "thinking"
I had motivation back then and il have it again.. il build it back up, il gain it all back and il ration it during times of bad...
Tomorrow is June 3rd, 06 on the other hand September 19th, 06 is 2 months, 2 week and 3 days away this date is when i go into recruiting as a rifleman.. i want to be at my peak in fitness and strenght i want to be ballistic.. i want to be unstopabble... i want to have an awesome power to weight ratio. These things i will focus on, i won't lose focus... locked on
It is absolutely crucial for me to get into the military i have dropped all other goals for it and i won't quit until i get in
At the moment i weight Anywhere from 195-200lbs i would say. My goal is to weight sub 180lbs so about 2lbs drop a week.
Im training a military based split now..

I train hard in the gym, when i train to failure i train to failure followed by drop sets and then to top it off negatives!
But for the next few weeks il be training conservatively with less breaks during sets
My diet tends to be A1 when at peak i analyze all aspects of it..
Cardio wise i go 30 minutes intense or 1 hour slow.. I tend to go slack after a while but this won't be the case for my last 2 months at home
So there it is people... from tomorrow im working out hard once again and i ain't going to stop.
I will make it my duty to contribute even more into this forum by helping more people out with there queries i only hope that people drop in and montior my progress and add input as i can feed of the motivation
I hope to put in the same amount of explosiveness into this like stoncold truth and strong enought and a few others.. these guys are legends and i look up to them a great deal.
