Hey guys, I am 5'11" 198 lbs. I began lifting and dieting 3 months ago. I started out at 224 lbs so I've lost 26 lbs in 3 months. My problem is for the last 3 weeks I've been losing strength and motivation.

My diet consists of 6 meals for a total of 2200 cal/day. I eat mostly Healthy choice frozen dinners, supplemented with tuna, whey,and fruits/veggis for extra cals.

I workout mon, wed, fri each week, No cardio.
My workouts consist of : bench, curls, tri ext, wrist curl, pull downs, led ext.
I do each exercise 2 sets of 10, last set is to failure. When last set reaches 10 reps I add 5 lbs.

This seemed to work great up until 3 weeks ago. I haven't gained any muscle, but I don't think I lost any either. Am I overtraining? undertraining? Or is this normal during cutting? Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.
