Hi Everyone,

This is the start of what I hope is going to be a very successful body transformation thread. I have been training now for 2 weeks and have already seen some pretty good results. Below I will cover my basic training that I am doing, although it is pretty simple.

I have gotten very, very lazy over the last 5 years or so since my Dad died, and lost all the fitness I used to have. I used to play top level rugby as well as football and martial arts, but have slowly turned into a slob. Anyway, not anymore as my new lifestyle concentrates on fitness and exercise before anything else.

Here's my training schedule;

Mon - Arms and Abs plus 15 mins rowing
Tue - Legs plus 15 mins HIIT cycling
Wed - Chest and Back plus 15 mins rowing
Thur - Arms and Abs plus 15 mins cycling
Fri - Shoulders and Legs plus 15 mins rowing

I work out for an hour each time, at lunch time and according to my HRM I burn about 400 calories per session. I also walk 4 miles minimum per day.

My diet is not yet perfect, but I am working on that!

I really do feel that I have made some good progress already. Have a look at the pics attached to see if you agree.

My details (as of starting training)

Height - 5ft 9
Weight - 185lbs
BMI - 27%
Body Fat - 21%

I will update frequently and hope to give and to get a lot of support from other members,
