Well, I guess it's time to poop or get off the pot, so to speak, and start my OWN journal.

So my current stats
Female 5'4" 200lbs
Food is logged into fitday, aiming for 40/40/20 but never seems to work out that way!
Today's meals
1: Myoplex lite shake, apple 2: 3C mixed salad greens with about a cup of tomatoes, peppers and cukes, 2 oz broiled chicken breast, 1 hard boiled egg whites 3: Slice of pizza and a Hershey's Special Dark miniature (bad me! I know, I know! Don't worry, I'll pay for this one tomorrow even if I don't want to!) 4: 1C mixed greens w/ another cup of peppers, tomatoes, cukes, 1 hb egg white, 2oz chicken breast 5: Slice of whole wheat bread, slice of nonfat soy cheese 6: whey protein shake, Plum
Exercise done: None. I hurt my knee running (or attempting to I should say) Friday and didn't properly rest it so I took the day off. (LQ, I swear it's legit! I am currently waiting to have knee surgery #4 to repair my MCL and torn medial meniscus!)
Should be noted that I get nauseaus in the heat, and also when I'm in pain. Today, it's not only hot but I'm in agony and the thought of food.. ick.
