Well my friends, i been checking out the site for a few weeks and its time to get on with the advice. Im 18 years old and need a lot of help i weigh 180 and im only 5'8 . I hope you guys here can help me out some how cause im in need of it lol. Heres some pics, i no my body fats high just dont no the range.

Hey, it looks to me you are right around 30% or so.

It's hard to estimate over 20% so I would just say 20%+.

Wal Mart has these Taylor brand scales that give you a BF% reading.

the nips are just cold.
