Here's the current cutting diet I'm using I just wanted to get some insight from other on how it looks. All comments/criticisms appreciated.

Current Stats
Height: 5'6.5"
Weight: 161 lbs (Weighed first thing in morning right b4 hopping in shower)
Age: 22
Body Type: Endomorph (I gain and lose fat easily. Last few lbs are extremely stubborn to get rid of)


Cutting Diet

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs
CLA (2)
Fish Oil (2)

Mid Morning snack:
GF-Pro (whey protein isolate) 2 scoops
Steel Cut Oats 1/4 cup

Lunch (60-90 minutes pre workout)
6 oz chicken
brown rice 1/2 cup
CLA (2)
Fish Oil (2)

PreWorkout Meal (15 minutes preworkout)
1 scoop of Whey Protein
1/4 cup steel cut oats
25g of dextrose

Post Workout Meal (25 minutes post)
1.5 scoop of Whey Protein
30 grams of dextrose
1/2 cup of quaker oats

Dinner
6.5 oz london broil
1 cup of salad mix

Bedtime
1.5 scoops of Muscle Milk
CLA (2)
Flaxseed Oil (2)
