If I do my cardio first thing in the day before eating anything, and Im done by 9am. Could I then do weights after 5pm on the same day?
Right now I do a split such as, weights, then on the off day from weights, 45-60 minutes cardio on and empty stomach, then weights the following day etc.

What are the benifits or disadvantages of doing cardio and weights in the same day?
